I did my Blood Test yesterday and as per report: T3 is 130, T4 is 8.6 and TSH is 9.21. What does this mean? Do I have Hypothyroidism? In case Yes, how to cure this? I do not want to take medicines for this. Please help.

Yes, you have thyroid. Do life style changes like. Maintain active life style. Exercise regularly. Avoid fast foods n fried foods. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. Get Some Much-needed Stress Relief-- by doing, yoga, meditation etc. Establishing a sleep schedule and sticking to it helps. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day?including weekends. In general, the sweet spot for sleep is between 7 and 9 hours. Drink a lot of water For details you can consult.
