I am in psychiatrist treatment I am dealing with a disease with disease I am not able to control my self it will come for some 4 to 5 hrs and at that I can't control myself at this time I gets unlimited number of thoughts and I not getting to do any work if I do some work at that time I do all wrong work I become restless and go for sleep this time I would get unlimited thoughts and I becomes very ill please help me what type of disease I am with.

Its good that you have thoughts ,even an ECG machine straight line indicates death of a person. Read books in dim light before going to sleep, avoid tea/ coffee. Go for a walk in early morning for about 45 mins.
