I was a regular tobacco chewer which I left 2 years back and now I have quit smoking around 15 cigarettes I use to smoke daily I had left it 4 days back I have to take any precaution or some medicine my mouth does not opes full.
Meet any dentist. He will suggest you some exercises and may give you some device (clamp kind of thing) to help you with your problem.
Along with these I would suggest you to do some meditation to overcome the withdrawal symptoms.
