My brother is 25 year old his left side face not properly working like mouth turn right side when he speak and left eye is not closed properly and left eyebrows unable to move up and down, sensation in left ear. This all things occurs after 3 day of accident and accident was before 1 month 10 day .He taken 21 day course of medicine OMNACORTIL 40, 30 ,20,10, mg after 17 day from face effects .In ct scan report according fracture of squamous and Petrus part of left temporal bone and traversing longitunally at petrus part, minimal fluid is seen in left mastoid air cells and petrus part of temperature bone superiorly the fracture is involving left parietal bone. Doctor are saying no need medicine (aliphatic) only facial therapy will helpful. So please suggest me about this and how to recover fast and how many time taken and which type medicine required, and is a problems of bela palsy? Sujested me what shud I do. please.
