Hello doctor, I am 35 weeks pregnant and the baby position is slightly horizontal so will the baby comes into an anterior position before birth? Will the baby rotate during this time?

It is very unlikely to rotate still wait for 2-3wks and get colour Doppler study done. If more than one loop of cord around neck is present then go for elective cesarean if no loop or single loop of cord around neck is present and other parameters are normal then wait for labour pains sometimes position can change with labour pain and baby can deliver normally.
