I have cracks on my heel and under my feet. Have tried crack creams but no help. What should i use?

Hello mam, Cracked heels are mostly due to dry skin. It can be aggravated due to bare feet walking or due to excess weight. Since how long do you have this problem? Kindly send a picture to advise about the medicines. And do you also have dry skin or dry palms?
