Fasting glucose 175 mg is too high (ideally < 100 mg). There is no mention of PP glucose levela nd HbA1c%, so difficult to comment. However, it appears current treatment is not enough. Thanks.

The blood sugar levels would naturally vary every day due to many known and unknown factors, but if it is well-controlled then one can be safe and healthy. Follow up regularly with your doctor and take the medicines with sincerity. Also follow healthy lifestyle so that the medicines can work to their optimum capacity. Eat healthy diet ( have more seasonal and fresh vegetables and fruits ( limit the fruits depending upon the sweetness content ). Exercise every day ( include Yoga along with various kinds of exercise ) for a few minutes ( 30 mins ) to keep the up the fitness level.
