Myself viraj from navi mumbai, 27 years old facing problem to not increase weight from last 3.5 years beyond 55 to 57 kg. I always have good diet and gym but still not get that mutch muscle and weight gain. kindly suggest.

Hey This problem might be due to calorie in= calorie out or high BMR or some underlying medical situation. Some good weight gain foods are- milk, bananas, nuts and seeds, white rice, cow's ghee, sesame seeds and herbs such as Ashvagandha. Try these for a month and if you still donot get results visit a specialist.
