Hi, I would like to know that Prolapsed grape sized Hemorrhoids. She is 26 weeks pregnant, all normal. Second pregnancy, first was normal birth. This will be second. She had this issue but last day she was constipated and two bulges appeared. Painful. We use olive oil, garlic, coconut oil, fiber rich diet etc. They look like they have gotten 5% smaller, but still grape sized. Should we wait, will they go inside by themselves, should we try to push them back inside. Should we immediately see a doctor (I read that thrombosis Hemorrhoids are better treated in first 3 days) could they be thrombosis? What are the odds of infection, we use antibacterial creme daily.
