I am aged 62 have diabetes mellitus fasting 107, PP-167, HbA1C -7; underwent bypass surgery six years before, have obesity and overweight 90kgs, my height is 5"8". I am doing normal walking for 40mins, doing aerobatic exercise and yoga for another 45 mins. I am prescribed with two insulin injection novarapid 15-15-0, and Lantus 0-0-32 per day alongwith diabetic medicines and vitamins. I take limited diet which comes around 1400 calories per day. Now my problem is my both foot have numbness and I could not walk without socks. How to improve my health condition especially in my feet. My weight is going on increasing from 72 kgs after bypass surgery and 90 kgs now. How to reduce my weight? please suggest good remedial actions.
