Hi I am 22 years old. 5'6" height and weight 62 kg but according to my BMI i am supposed to be 56 kg how do I reduce my weight n keep fit?

Increase in weight or abdominal fat accumulation are bad for health, in longer creates problems. Reduction requires, regular yoga practices and reasonable exercises are vitally important but only these two will not lead to weight loss until following weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements.
