Sir, At early stage, I had a small keloid at my chest, which was not disturbing. In last 10 years it has grown up with respect to size and number. Now, It is very much itching and some time painful. Since, five year I am having "Cryo Therapy" (Liquid Nitrogen) + Tricort Inj My Doctor told this has only this treatment, which has less side effect. During my treatment I have observed very less improvement, not realizable in naked eye Here, I have attached my current Keloid status. Please suggest. Keenly waiting for your reply.

Hello. This problem is very persistent and depressing for the patients with relatively less treatment options which can definitely help you, but there are some lasers now available which can abrade the keloid and reduces the chances of recurrence, we normally prescribe combined laser with injection therapy for best results. Good luck.

There are procedures like compression bandages, silicon gel or sheet treatment, intralesional steroids, excision etc. But none can be suggested without examination in proper.
