Hi,am 45 year male,married have a 18 year son.From childhood used to write only in capital letters.Difficult to write in small caps & running letters.But from past years becoming difficult to write certain numbers like 3,6,8,9,0 and letters like B,S and few more.It takes more time to start & write above mentioned numbers & letters.Becomes more difficult to write if someone is watching me while writing, can't write correctly. There are some people who have become habituated to write in capital letters. You have been doing so for many years and it has become entrenched in your writing style. To change it now will be very, very difficult unless you are willing to go to calligraphy classes and work at it for a long time. Anyway, why would you want to change your style now, when you have managed for so many years?! The writing itself may not be the problem as much as it seems more psychological. Just to rule out any neurological problem you may get an examination from a neurologist. Your mind could be playing all kinds of tricks with you and making you very conscious of being inadequate and different from others. As you have mentioned that it becomes more difficult, if someone else is watching you. If your mind decides that something is going to be difficult, then it will make that difficulty become real. Are you under any kind of stress, especially to do with fear? You may be very suggestible under fear. This obsession can be quite a handicap, but of your own making. Talk to a psychologist or counselor to identify any underlying causes to your problem and have that sorted out. You will find that the difficulty with those numbers will also disappear.
