I am suffering with bradycardia. asking my heart beat is less than 60 in the night .It ia about 55. In the morning it is near 60. I go for walking about 45 minutes. My hart rate improves to 75. It will drop to 66 in the evening at 18 hrs. At 18.30 hrs again I walk for 40mits. Then the heart rate increases to 78. It will drop to 68 in the night at 22. 00 hrs. Can I improve my heart rate by this way? Or this is harmful to my heart. I walk with medium speed and brisk walking. My age is 75 yrs. I do not drink and smoke. All healthy habits. I (use only BP tablets. telmisartan one a day. Please advise me what to do. i went for checkup they tested with holter machine and advised me to come after 6 months. SREENIVAS REDDY.

There is no harm in having a slower heart rate as you are otherwise healthy and some people have lower rate and it is fine if they have no other disease
