Hi sir / Madam I am suffering GERD, Migraine, and frequently my stomach always upset some time constipation some time loose motion. I am on PPI (pantoprazole, Esomeprazole) from last 12 years. Some time I feel chest pain at left side confusing it with acidity pain or is it due to vitamin D and B deficiency not identified. Because long PPI use causes vitamin deficiency. My age is 32 years. And job is marketing always on travelling. Please suggest me proper treatment or diagnostic test which I really need to on immediate basis I have already done Endoscopy, And Sonography results was GERD and Grade 1 fatty liver but I am not alcoholic. Pls suggest strong diagnosis. I am always worried about cancer and Heart problems.
