I'm struggling with what looks like athletes foot and it started out 4 years ago as a small water bump on my pinky finger then it became greater overtime bumps popin up in toes an side of feet then bump turn into dry crack up scaly very itchy skin an my nails r infected too and iv went to all the doctors no help they gave me lamisil canditral look like they were helping but no they r not and I do not knw wat else to do Iv been wasting my money for the past 2 years jus taken pill and no result an every time I go back it doesn't matter what iv been taken they keep giving ne more pills almost 8 pills even in one day for a while so right now my body is hurting my chest is killik extremely tight plus my back is hurting wen I stoop tgen stand up an my nail toesan nails r brown lines in it its just not going anywhere please help my birthday is on the 6 oct and I need something very strong that will wrk cause I put down the smoking as well I dnt drink frm I was poisoned by jack daniels lips swell up raised skin everywhere itching swelling it was bad so I do not knw what the problem really is doctor please I can not afford it I'm very poor my family do not like me my father tried to hv sex with me wen I was 14 an he never was around thats y I smoked cause iv been being molested from a young girl 10 and I hv issues but im willing to stop smoking cause I want my immune system to not b weak and everything gets cleaned up with one strong thing please help me the Lord will bless you wen you text me back with wat to do please help.
