Hello, We have one daughter who is 13 years old. Her delivery was by CS. We have tried for second pregnancy right after 2 years old of our daughter but my wife failed to conceive. We have consulted different gynecologist and undergone different medications but still not successful. After HSG was done the report said that fallopian tubes were blocked and advice us to under go laparoscopic surgery to clear the tubes and after being done that the hospital suggest us to do IUI twice and both were not successful. A second HSG test was done and the report shows that the fallopian tubes were cleared. After that my wife tried so many indigenous massage therapy for tuning the womb but still failed. Once the doctor suggested to go for IVF but due to financial constraints we're not ready to do. Now I want expert opinion on this regards whether my wife can still conceive without IVF. My wife is 38 years old now. Please suggest. Thanks.
