Dear Doctor, I bleed before coming stool in bowling moment it s occur daily there is no pain in anus area but I feel weak when bleed. So I want to confirm it's piles or something else, If it is piles then please suggest for some medicine with what kind of food should I take.

Bleeding without pain is the symptom of 1st stage internal Piles. It can be completely treated by Ayurvedic Kshar Karma therapy. In this treatment specialized medicine is applied in anal passage.
