Hello, considering the fact that you have been diagnosed with blocked tubes on hysterosalpingography (hsg), so I believe and the fact that you suffer from painful menses or dysmenorrhoea, there is all likelihood that you may be suffering from severe endometriosis which is causing the tubes to be adhesed and hence blocked. There is a requirement for confirmation of diagnosis with a diagnostic laparoscopy which happens to be the gold standard for endometriosis diagnosis. Further treatment can be streamlined if endometriosis is diagnosed. Also important would be to get a mantoux test done to rule out any pelvic tuberculosis.
