Consult the dentist directly. It may be due to oral sub mucous fibrosis i.e formation of fibrous bands in the cheeks which restricts your mouth opening due to prolong tobacco use. First stop complete usage of tobacco products then consult the dentist directly to undergo further treatment by means of normal or laser surgery to cut the fibrous bands.
hi...first of all stop your Habbit other wise medicine is of no use then try to open your mouth by exercise (spoon excercise) and surely within 15 days you will be getting results. ..apart from that you can take medicine SM- Fibro or Tissot daily once for 3 weeks..Most importantly your have to stop chewing tobacco. .If still more query then feel free to ask me..
