Regarding my back pain Dr. was asked me to do the MRI and it shows following CONCLUSION: Loss of lumbar lordosis and scoliosis with convexity towards left. Mild retrolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebral body. Mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and facial arthropathy contributing to canal stenosis. L5-S1: Moderate bulge with small posterocentral annular fissure indenting the anterior thecal sac. L4-5: Moderate bulge indenting the anterior thecal sac. L2-3 and L3-4: Mild bulges indenting the anterior thecal sac. Pl suggest what it indicate and what treatment I should undergo.
