I am 28 years old, I would love to loose weight at least 10 kg. I weigh 80 kg and my height is 154. What can I do to achieve that cause I have tried but no avail.

Hello Zanyiwe,Take high Protein and High Fiber Diet . Don't skip your Breakfast and Meals. Take Hot water whole day they will help to reduce fat . Do stretching and Cardio exercise alternate days. Have small and Frequent meals. Avoid Long sitting after meals. Avoid Fried , Oily , junk Foods, Sweet , Sugar, Fruit juices. Take Salads, Paneer, Soy milk without sugar,Buttermilk, Sprouts, corn Salad etc...
