I have severe pain in right hand wrist in all day early morning. But I feel little pain in day time. 3 months before I pick 3-4 loaded polythin bags in right hand. After that day pain is started in my hand wrist. I use pain relief gel many days but nothing happened. Some doctor told me that it could be thumb vein problem. So I use ICE cube on that skin area. But problem is still there. When I wake up in the morning. I unable to move my hand wrist easily without severe pain. But after 15-20 minutes. Pain automatically goes off. After 15-20 minutes, I feel 10-20% pain only in full day. I feel pain in all 4 figures & 1 thumb joint with wrist. Please tell me what should I do now.
