I am 24 years old. I played football before 2 days after a long break of one year. Now I can not run like normal. I am suffering severe pain from my thigh and also pain full lumps like on my thigh what can I do. Can I continue play football regularly.
This happened because you played after a long time. Don't worry it will be ok. Don't stop playing. One thing you omust do is strengthen your muscles. For this you need to de strength training/ endurance training at gym twice a week. Then you will not face such kind of problems
