Hi, I'm 29 years old male, today I got semen analysis done which shows pus cells 2-4/Hpf. I want to ask that pus cells is important for pregnancy Also kindly suggest medicine for reducing pus cells Rest of the report parameters are Volume 3 ml A) Total sperm count - 75 million/ml B) Progressive motile - 75% C) non progressive motile - 15% D) immotile - 10% E) percentage motility - 90% F) no RBC G) No Epilical cell H) viability - 90% I) Agglutination - Nill J) Normal Morphology - 76% K) Abnormal - 24% Head defects 15% Neck & Mid piece 04% Tail defects 05%

Hello- Its normal and nothing to get worried. While a few white blood cells in the semen is normal, many pus cells suggest the presence of seminal infection.

Pus cells is not a major issue and it is with in normal limits only up to 5 is normal and drink more butter milk with out salt it will remove pus cells and remaining report is normal.
