Hello, I'm 19 years now. I have a big and very awkward problem related to my skin, hands, legs, and my face. It's with me with my borne. I have very rough, dry, cracked skin on my hands and legs and looking like an old lady hands and legs. And knuckles of my hand looks like same to an old lady hands. And my skin also very dry and my whole body including my everybody parts is getting cracked and flexes in winter. And normal in hot summer. I have tried a lot of things like home remedies but not get any relief. And I also don't know what is this disease with only with me. Please help me to get rid of from this problem.
