Painful Sexual Intercourse I have reddish itchy patches in the glans of my penis and the foreskin becomes irritated probably due to balanitis. Sometimes a ring is formed in the apical portion of the foreskin with ruptures in this skin area. This makes foreskin unable to be folded back easily and also causes pain during intercourse. I have been applying SURFAZ SN cream for last 1 year. Sometimes the problem cures for few days but again recur if the cream is not used. I maintain hygiene as much as possible. Do I stop applying soap to clean the foreskin area? Or is it cleaned only with water? PLEASE help me to cure this irritating health hazard.
