I am 50 year old man facing sexual problems, I am married and have 2 kids, I have diabetes since 2012 onwards. My penis get effected while I watch xxx movie along with 1 bottle whisky and from that day onwards I don't have any kind of reaction on my penis. Even though my wife touched it than also. Otherwise it start moving if I see any sexy woman. Even only poster/ picture is effected to my mind. Now a day there is no such effects. Sir.so please reply. Is this the effect of diabetes or this incident?

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Diabetes affects small and large blood vessels. Therefore, many organs are affected like kidneys, heart and muscles of penis. This leads to loss of libido and erectile dysfunction. Therefore, achieving strict glucose control is an essential requirement. There are a few drugs called PDE-V Inhibitors which can be used.
