hi. use mouth gargle colgate mouth wash. thrice a day. drink warm water. avoid cold thing. Take tab. Sinarest twice a day after meal. take tab. ampilox 500 mg twice a day after meal for 5 to 7 days. Avoid cold things. Take orange juice, drink warm water. Green veg., veg. Soups. welcome in lybrate.
