I am adopted to stay night times for studying. Because it gives me more pleasure of learning. My focus is sharp in night times. And sleep at morning 6 am. Woke up at 1 pm. Around I took 6 to 7 hours of sleep. And then went for studyhall. Is there any problem to adopt this nocturnal habit of studying. Kindly respond to query with precautions, what I should take to maintain it. I do meditate. And food timings are as usual.

Since years human body is accustomed to sleep during night.. So if you change that routine there are more chances of side effects.. So you have to be very regular in diet and exercise as well as your peace of mind..
