I am 25 and I have problem of gas and even I feel heavy in my chest. All so I am unable gain mass. What can I do for this. Whenever I sleep at night I feel that something is secreting in my body. What it is don't know but I use to feel uneasy.in the morning time I feel ok. What cold be the issue. Also some times I feel strained nerves of my forehand.
