Since you are 37 and 83 kgs I would suggest you to reduce weight and have a control over diet
like avoiding any kind of processed foods, drinking 3 - 4 litres of water everyday. Walking for half hour (walk which makes you sweat - brisk walk), get your cholesterol levels checked espcially the triglycerides. Avoid salt to keep your Bp under perfect control and try to have good sleep for 8 hours.
