Major toxin issue-- what do you mean by that? Please elaborate. For digestive problem you need to have light, nutritious food. Do exercise regularly. Limit intake of tea/coffee. Never take tea coffee empty stomach. Drink lot of water. Do breakfast every day, don't miss it. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc.
