Sir I am suffering from hirayama disease or monomelic MND since last 2 years in right hand, after all the check up and test doctor said there is no treatment for this. Now my question to you is can I go for running and gymnastic and what can I do to gain weight as I am 18+ but my weight is 40 kg. Please help me. Waiting for a positive reply from you. Thank you.
