Hi Doctor, I have meniscus tear. I happened because of knee locking. I have MRI reports which reveals that 1. Grade 3 sprain in posterior horn of medial meniscus. 2. Mild joint effusion. 3. Partial tear of ACL at tibial attachment. Do I need a surgery for this? I can walk properly but after sometime I get knee pain and swelling.
