I am feeling hungry often. Even after I have taken my lunch in the next 10 mins I feel hungry because of this problem I am munching on anything I get which cost me 400 per day. Which I cannot afford. For example today morning I had breakfast by 8 I started feeling hungry by 8: 15. I controlled my hunger and ate at 10 chicken roll and sandwich and 600 ml coke, after I ate lunch then felt hungry in few min then I drank 3 juice, ate lunch again then few chips and 600 ml coke. This coke is getting on my nerve. please suggest a way to get rid of it. I am drinking it from the age of 8.i have controlled it to an extent because once I never drink water, I just drink coke. Daily my expenses r increasing because of my eating problem, cannot afford. please help me. God bless.

Don't skip it. 3.
