I am 21 years old. I love bodybuilding. I want to gain muscles and loose my stubborn belly fat. My belly fat is hard enough to take hard punches and I don't feel more pain by doing so. I want to eliminate that hard belly fat and get muscular abdominals.

Go to gym do some abs workout,,take lemon n honey with warm water in the morning,,take green tea,,take oats in ur breakfast,,take more protein less carbohydrate,,take very little amount if food at night like soup or salads
