Create a caloric debt to spark weight reduction. Too much of any type of food can result in weight gain. To be able to lose weight from all around the body, including the actual chest, you should burn more calories from fat than you eat. Choose to lower your calories by consuming five to 6 small meals each day, allowing you in order to feel fuller as well as preventing overeating.
Limit empty calories from fat. Empty calories provide the body with little to no vitamins and minerals while adding high calories for your diet. Ditch alcoholic beverages, soda, fast meals and processed meals. For example, 1 small soda consists of 140 calories; drinking three each day can put you in a 420 calorie intake without any nutritional value.
