Sometimes when I sit for a long time in the same position, me legs swells. The is no pain, even why this swelling occurs?

Gravity and blood flow is the reason.
Get your doppler flow study of lower limbs to detect venous insufficiency. Also get your LFT, KFT,Urine R/M, CBC tests done and consult a Physician.
When you sit for a long time the bodily fluids tend to get retained in the legs that results in swelling, however, if swelling doesn't reduce even after rising and walking for a while then you can ask for consultation and take my advice. Take care.
