Hello Sir I am 20 years old I am doing exercises but I gain too much fat I can not understand how to reduce from that I do alot cardio it also not useful.

Keep a CHK on wat you eat? Eat whole grains, cereals,sprouts veg in your diet, eat according to your hunger .a little. Less than your appetite is required. Ayurveda says leave 1part for circulation. ,1/3liquid rest solid keep hydrated include good oils.
