My age is 25 years and I was experiencing left arm pain so I have consulted doctor he said to have 2D echo the result is Mitral valve -MVP and the doctor has not given any medications so am so worried about now. Can you please suggest me what are the complications around this and what is the lifestyle I have to adapt. And I have smiling habit.
