I have been having an irregular heartbeat whenever I'm resting and paying attention to it. It feels like a sort of sinking feeling in the heart and happens quite irregularly. But there are no other symptoms at all, my pulse rate is also around 70 beats per minute. Is this something to be worried about?

It is better to get checked up once so at least mentally you are assured if there is nothing and if there is then it can be treated timely.
