Hello Doctors, When is a good time to take Glycomet GP1? I take it before breakfast. My post breakfast and post lunch sugar levels look normal. But sugar levels rise in the evening. I am thinking whether to take the tablet in afternoon 1 PM (before lunch). Is it a good idea?
