I am having trouble falling asleep. I haven't slept since few months. This problem started from 4 months ago. I have been stressed out earlier and had the same issue but everything used to get normal after few days. But this time it's been 4 months and I can't sleep. My mind doesn't stop thinking about all bad things happened or might happen in future. All mistakes I made all regrets everything's is holding me up. All these thoughts in my mind and just doesn't let me sleep.

take punarnavadi kshayam, 3 tsh in half a glass of luke warm water before meals twice a day. Take saraswatarishta, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water after meals with 1 tab of manasmitra vatakam. Take ashwagandha churna powder, 1 tsf in a glass of hot milk, 1 hr after breakfast. Do gentle massage all over the body with bala oil. Stop all cold eatables in your diet. Take rice khichdi, rice and moong daal in your diet. Do regular morning walks, yoga. Spend some valuable time for yourself. continue the regime for 45 days. Repeat the regime if required with a gap of 15 days. good luck
