I'm 24 year old male from mumbai struggling with anxiety and depression from last year .Got first panic attack when quit weed, cigarette and alcohol at a time due to exam period .Since I'm on allopathic medicine like .medizolam 1 mg, larozrpam 1 mg etc .I'm recovered 70% but still facing abnormal dreams. Sleepy mood, increasing weight ,brain fog. Can you advise me please what should I need to do to fast recovery .It's all impact on my career.
