I am 34 week pregnant, my OBST ultrasound report says that "a single loop of cord seen in vicinity of neck at time of scanning" I want to know what is this?

It means there is a loop of the baby, s umbilical cord wound around its neck at the present scan, but since the baby keeps moving all the time, this can be a temporary phenomenon. Just keep a watch on the fetal movements.
