Rubber band ligation is not a good choice as the chances of recurrence are very high because rubber band slips out from its position. Whereas with Ksharsutra ligation of hemorrhoids your problem will be completely cured.

For prolapsed haemorrhoids, surgery needs to be done. Band ligation can be done for early haemorrhoids. For complete evaluation and treatment, Kindly visit the doctor in person with all available reports. *This is just an preliminary opinion not to be used for medico-legal purpose.
