For gaining weight .. eat more of green leafy veg,drink more water,do pull ups,dips,pushups,drink water 1 hour prior to meals,divide meals in 5 smaller portions with lots of proteins like almonds ,walnuts,eggs,chicken,meat.. drink milk daily twice with badam powder.. eat dairy products like paneer,tofu etc Eat citrus fruits,,eat curd to improve digestion,eat potatoes ,boiled vegetabels,banana.. eat citrus fruits,reduce stress,have sound sleep, Go for protien supplements under doctors guidance.. Playing badminton is good for health and it wont reduce your weight.. it makes your metabolic rate faster so that bad fat is reduced .. continue playing that with healthy diet plan..
