Hi, I am 24 years old male. I am having sore throat and cold cough and I think I have fever as well. I work in the compound with high central AC and my body pains like joints, knees, thigh muscles pains a lot in the morning. Is this due to the AC and about a fever and cold cough? Is it okay to eat an orange in fever cold cough?
