Does erection has direct proportion to testosterone level? I am too slim. I want to increase my testosterone level to upto 5 ng/dl to build muscle and strong erection above 120 degree and want to maintain erection for long time. I am not good in all of these. My current testosterone level is 2.9. Its very low. I exercise 5 days in a week like kegel, push ups etc. I take dry fruits on break first like almonds, pistachios, dates and walnuts also two bananas. I eat a boiled egg every day with lunch including rice, dal snd fish. Also I take pomegranate after lunch. I have also heard that fenugreek seeds are helpful for increasing libido and testosterone. Should I take it? Can you please suggest me how can I increase testosterone for build muscle and strong long lasting erection?
